Owners Stéphane Dief and his son Françoise Dief started as a garage winery in 1998 with a production of 600 bottles. Their main desire and motivation was and is - to make the best wine possible. The philosophy of this Chateau: to strive for maximum quality in everything we do. It's been a lot of incredible hard work over the past 25 years. It's reflected in their logo - an elephant pushing crates of wine.
They started with 1.2 hectares of vineyards. Today they have 18 hectares.
Harvesting is done by hand.
Aging: 17 months in new French oak barrels, medium-fired
