Vineyard : 51 hectares total (limestone & clay) in Francs Côtes de Bordeaux and Castillon. Unique terroir along the St Emilion plateau

Winification :  Our winery allows a perfect control of the fermentation temperatures maintained between 25 and 28 °C according to the needs.
This wine is aged for 18 months in vats to preserve its fruity aromas and an exceptional roundness. The average production is of 50 000 bottles.

Tasting notes by Wine Enthusiast: Full of black fruits and with a dense texture; this one shows power along with concentration. The generous character will help it age.

THE PROPERTY

The ARBO Vineyard are a family business of 41 hectares in Francs and 10 hectares in Castillon. The Estate has been founded in 1900 by Amand Puyanche. 4th generation later, the Arbo family created their first label with his name, to honor him.

The philosophy of the Estate is to respect the biodiversity by working with nature. They developed a lot the agroforestry to preserve their terroir (planting hedges, 100% grass cover, protection of birds, bats, etc.).

Today, Dorian and Margaux, the 5th generation, are taking over after their parents.
