The Lorenzetti family (Jacky and Françoise) has owned the winery in the Saint-Estephe appellation since 2008. In 2018, they were joined by their daughter Manon Lorenzetti, who currently manages Château Lilian Ladouys. This family also owns Château Pedesclaux (Pauillac).

In 2020, they switched to fully organic farming. In 2024, they plan to get official certification for this.

The soil is gravel on a base of clay and limestone. A total of 80 hectares of vines are planted. Since 2008 they started to integrate the vineyards (when they bought it they had 170 separate lines).

Planted varieties in the following proportions: 50% Merlot, 45% Cabernet Sauvignon, 4% Petit Verdot and 1% Cabernet Franc

Harvesting is done by hand.

Vinification in stainless steel tanks with maximum use of gravity.

Planting rate: 8,500 - 10,000 heads per hectare

Ageing: 15 months in oak barrels, 40% of which are new
