Tasting notes : Château Jouvente 2015, born of a hot summer, is faithful to its origins. Powerful and elegant, this wine opens on a complex aromatic palette. Black fruits balance with notes combining spices, Havana tobacco and luxurious wood. On the palate, the gustative impression comes between roundness and softness, associated with a delicate minty freshness. This solar wine comes from an agriculture in reasoned cultural approach respectful of the environment.
